The plan of our Tour to Israel in 2006
Spy Tour to the Promised Land
As the Spies of Israel went into Canaan they went to see how well were the Canaanites prepared for an invasion by a freshly released from Egyptian bondage nation, but as they spied the Land and its fortified cities they also saw the beauty of the land and have tasted its fruits.
Our tour to Israel is not typical; it is a private trip to the Holy Land; it’s unofficial and noncommercial and our main place of residence will be the birthplace of Samuel, Ramah, in Galilee.
We will be praying and worshipping on the highest peek in Israel. From that high place we will stretch out our arms looking southward towards Jerusalem and simultaneously we will see both seas; the Mediterranean and the Sea of Galilee.
The mountain will be carpeted and shaded, we will recline on cushions, and we will be served the best food prepared by our hosts.
In Ancient times Ramah was frequented by many prophets and it was a place of worship and sacrifice, but it is better known for the school of prophets under Samuel.
We will study the Bible and especially the life of Samuel, the Fifty Prophets; Elijah and Elisha.
Each evening we will have an exuberant joyful time of worship together with our Israeli friends.
We will enjoy the beauty of the land from above and from below.
We will also visit Jerusalem and will participate in local events.
It will be an unforgettable time in your life. Expect profound transformation in your spiritual life.
