Both the American and European Continents have been greatly affected by this ministry. As the need for an in-depth Bible teaching increased the minister found himself mostly teaching. His predominant influence is felt in Germany and Switzerland. Both, the Eastern and Western blocks of the German Nation have enjoyed the blessings. As a Jewish Evangelist Benjamin Rubin came to bring healing and reconciliation between Israel and the Nation that sought to annihilate it.

[Not wanting to too readily embrace the ex-Nazi Jew-haters, Benjamin repeatedly sought to terminate the relationship, but to no avail; it seemed as if God Himself was holding the reigns and prodded him to keep on reaching out to the German people. One day this man of God realized that it is futile to fight with the Sovereign One and gradually has began to open himself for the likelihood of a total and heartfelt forgiveness regardless how much suffering this Nation caused, not only to the Jew, but Gentile alike. A day for doing just that publicly has arrived. The American outreach extended to all states with the exception of Alaska. During the eighties Benjamin was enthusiastically received in the Central and South Americas and literally thousands came to the saving grace of Jesus Christ with miracles, signs and wonders following. In Argentina and Paraguay the Lord kept on performing extraordinary miracles.

In Brazil, together with one of the great Irish apostles, Noel Quinlan Benjamin had the privilege to plant new churches. On one occasion God's angels entered the newly founded church; the atmosphere was charged as if with supernatural voltage and perfume of myrrh permeated the place, people kept pointing to their noses because of the holy scent. Noel and Benjamin's eyes were opened and they could see God's angels touching the people.

This unforgettable experience brought lasting consequences, for even after Rubin's departure the crippled stayed un-crippled and the blind still could see. As a result of these phenomenal miracles a new door was opened in England where a wave of revival swept over the southern tip of England as God kept on adding more souls to the Kingdom.
